Established in 2009 by Stephen Dixon and Michael McLaren, Bodnant Joinery has been creating bespoke joinery products and working on specialised restoration projects for the last 11 years.
Our team is made up of 5 master joiners, carpenters and craftsmen who have a combined 100 years in the industry.
Based on the beautiful Bodnant Estate in North Wales, we are passionate about using sustainable materials within our work which is why we only work with FDA approved suppliers.
We are lucky to have some of the most gifted joiners and craftsmen in the UK, many of which have the ability to produce joinery artefacts that many other manufacturers would turn down due to the complexity of the intended work.
The trees found on the Bodnant Estate are predominantly welsh oak, a great material for use in both complex and simple joinery projects. We try our best to use materials found on the estate to minimise transport costs and emissions. We have an intense replanting programme and only work with FSC certified suppliers, ensuring each project is carried out with minimal impact on the environment.
